We are proud that our Swedish partner Softronic is participating in project EFIS. The EFIS project is an inter-regional collaboration, run by the County Administrative Board of Västra Götaland, one of 21 county administrations in Sweden. The project focuses on empowering new immigrants and refugees to Sweden, providing an inter-agency approach to their human rights and social integration.

An important part of project EFIS is a collaboration and information portal.  The portal (www.informationsverige.se) is an integrated website that gives the newcomers "One Way In" to government services, information and roads for establishment in society. The portal is built on SharePoint 2010 and provides social inter-agency networking and collaboration capabilities powered by Beezy. The portal is hosted in Softronic´s private cloud.

During the Worldwide Government Solutions Forum in London Kirsten Brogaard and Talieh Ashjari of the County Administrative Board of Västra Götaland will elaborate on project EFIS. The event will take place at Microsoft UK offices at Cardinal Place on 23 and 24 April 2012.
