For the second year in a row, the Beezy team has taken home a major award at the European SharePoint Conference (ESPC16). At the award ceremony held at the Vienna Hofburg Imperial Palace, Beezy was recognized by a panel of industry experts and the votes of community members for Most Innovative Cloud Solution. As Platinum sponsors, most of the Beezy leadership team attended the event, and were on hand to take the stage to accept this prestigious award. I think that the rest of the team would agree -- the repeat feels great! As some of you may recall from the 2015 European SharePoint Conference, Beezy proudly took home the award for Best Office 365 Solution. After a very successful year that has included rapid customer growth, new partner announcements, several major product upgrades, and increased attention within the community, we are thrilled to win this award and take this momentum into 2017.

The award ceremony came at the end of a busy day for the Beezy team. The conference day began with the keynote address to an audience of more than 1200 attendees, where I was joined on stage by fellow MVP Benjamin Niaulin from Sharegate, as we discussed the state of collaboration in the Microsoft ecosystem -- and the importance of finding the right cultural fit for collaboration within your organization. The topic is a common theme within Beezy, as many of our customers are looking for more than what is offered out-of-the-box with SharePoint and Office 365, and are drawn to the simple UX and powerful extended features of the Beezy solution.

Aside from the keynote address, Chief Product Officer, Maximo Castagno and Mobility Lead, Christian Ruiz conducted a session on how to leverage the Microsoft Graph to boost productivity and add intelligence to your applications that had a very large crowd. Additionally, Jussi Mori (MVP, Peaches Industries) and I gave a session on using gamification to improve SharePoint adoption and engagement (and rid your workplace of zombies).

At the end of the award ceremony, the ESPC planning team announced that next year's event will be held in Dublin, Ireland in November 2017. The Beezy team is excited to be there once again, and we are already making our plans!
