    Here's what employees are saying:

    REMOTE WORKING

    73% now work in either a hybrid or fully remote setting, with 43% working remotely full-time. And 32% hope to stay fully remote long term. 

    FLEXIBILITY

    63% are much more willing to work with a company offering flexibility in terms of working location. 

    KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

    56% have been unable to locate digital documents while working remotely this year. 

    SOCIAL CONNECTIONS

    47% said lacking a sense of camaraderie with coworkers is a top struggle. 

    SHADOW IT

    32% use unapproved communication and collaboration tools. 

    WORKPLACE COMMUNICATION

    Communication was cited as employees' number one pain point while working remotely.
