Larraine Solomon – Business Leader / Employee Engagement / Change Communications Expert at Inspiring Conversations. Larraine has an extensive history of delivering a step-change to employee engagement in complex organizations undergoing transformation. Expertise across a range of disciplines including internal communications and change, marketing, customer communications and press.

Sarah Hilyer – Internal Communications Director at Monster Worldwide. Senior corporate communications practitioner specializing in internal & change communications. Over 20 years’ experience of advising and working with businesses to deliver practical audience-led communications solutions spanning a wide range of disciplines including internal and change communications, customer communications, investor relations and media relations.

Sian Jones – Head of Internal Communications/Acting Vision 2020 lead at Bank of England. Sian has been head of internal communications at the Bank of England since April 2015. She spent most of her career working in external communications in central government, including spells at the Department of Work and Pensions, the Teacher Training Agency and the Neighbourhood Renewal Unit. She started out as a journalist before moving into press, parliamentary and PR work in the voluntary sector. Outside work, Sian is a lay magistrate, sitting in East London and enjoys horse riding, Pilates, yoga and theatre-going.

David Fletcher – Director, Enterprise Sales at Beezy Inc. David assists enterprises all around the world with the implementation, launch and ongoing development and success of their Digital Workplace. He deals with customers daily and spends all of his time ensuring a customer’s success and happiness during the critical “go live phase”. David is a Microsoft certified professional who has helped to deliver over 60 intranets worldwide over the past 10 years.
